Look Ahead

This portrait was the artist’s first charcoal drawing she’s done since high school. This was primarily an experimental piece that she ended up falling in love with. 

This piece captures the strength and grace of a female, emerging from chaotic, dynamic brushstrokes. The interplay of light and shadow symbolizes resilience and depth, while the upward gaze reflects hope, clarity, and determination. Part of the “Of Ruin and Resurrection” series, the piece celebrates inner strength, individuality, and the transformative power of self-belief.
