All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each LTMR print is carefully produced and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. We take great care in preparing every order before shipment.
Damaged Orders
If your print arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. This allows us to properly assess the issue and provide next steps.
If a refund or replacement is approved, processing may take 7–10 business days once the claim is reviewed and confirmed.
Important Notes

Refunds or replacements are only considered for items damaged during shipping.

We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or normal variations in color due to screen settings.

Custom or limited-edition items are non-refundable.
