Inquiry & Initial Details

Reach out via email, contact form, or social media with basic project details:

  • Wall location (interior/exterior)

  • Approximate size or photos

  • Timeline or deadline

  • Vision, vibe, or inspiration

Consultation

We schedule a brief consultation to discuss your goals, audience, and overall vision. This ensures the mural aligns with your space, brand, or story while accounting for logistics such as wall surface, access, and environment.

Proposal & Quote

  • You’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining:

  • Project scope & deliverables

  • Timeline & paint days

  • Investment & payment schedule

  • Materials, prep, and protective coating

Contract & Deposit

Once approved, a signed agreement and deposit (typically 50%) secure your project dates on my calendar.

Design Phase

I create a custom mural concept tailored to your space.

This phase includes:

  •  Initial design concept(s)

  •  Color palette selection

  •  A set number of revision rounds

  •  Final design approval before painting begins

Prep & Scheduling

Prior to installation, we confirm:

  • Paint dates & access hours

  • Surface preparation needs

  • Equipment or lift requirements

  • Permits or approvals (if applicable)

Wall Preparation

Proper prep ensures longevity. This may include:

  • Cleaning & surface repair

  • Priming or base coating

  • Taping and area protection

Mural Installation

  • Over scheduled paint days, the mural comes to life through layered painting, detail work, and final refinements.

  • Progress updates are provided throughout.

Final Details & Protective Coating

Once painting is complete:

  • Final touch-ups are made

  • A protective sealant is applied (especially for exterior murals)

Final Walkthrough & Completion

  • We complete a final walkthrough for approval.

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion, and you’ll receive care instructions to keep your mural looking beautiful for years to come.

The Result

A one-of-a-kind mural that transforms your space, tells your story, and brings light to your environment.
